These Terms define the conditions under which you access and use the Market and its derived cognitive identities. By using this service, you agree to these Terms. The Market provides structural cognitive identities derived from the LogicBasis architecture. You receive definitions. Your system defines the behavior. The Market operates independently and is not part of the LogicBasis platform.
You may integrate the provided identities into your own systems. You may not claim authorship of the underlying logic or present the identities as original LogicBasis architecture. You may not use the Market to reconstruct, replicate or reverse-engineer LogicBasis or its internal architecture.
We guarantee the structural definition of each identity. We do not guarantee runtime behavior, output quality, performance, or model-level consistency. Your inference model, routing, temperature, memory and infrastructure determine execution and operational behavior.
Each processed request deducts one unit from your Market balance upon successful ingestion, regardless of provider execution success. If your balance reaches zero, requests are blocked until credits are reloaded.
You may not interfere with system integrity, bypass credit mechanics, attempt to access internal architecture, or use the Market for abuse, automated scraping or unauthorized replication of identities or logic.
We are not liable for model output, system behavior, operational consequences or integration failures arising from your implementation or infrastructure decisions.
We may update these Terms to maintain structural clarity and operational consistency. Continued use of the Market constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
The Market is operated independently and is not legally represented by LogicBasis. All contractual obligations arise solely between you and the Market operator.
All credit purchases and Market transactions are digital services that begin immediately upon delivery. By completing a purchase, you waive any statutory withdrawal or refund rights. Credits are non-refundable and non-reversible once assigned to your account.
