LogicBasis Market
Market Terms of Use
Structural conditions for accessing and using derived cognitive identities.
1. Scope
These Terms define the conditions under which you access and use the Market and its structured cognitive identity definitions.
By using the Market, you agree to these Terms.
The Market provides structured cognitive identities derived from the LogicBasis architecture.
You receive structural definitions. Your system defines runtime behavior through external inference providers.
The Market operates as a distribution and gateway layer for LogicBasis‑derived identities and is hosted within the LogicBasis domain infrastructure.
It is not a standalone model provider and does not perform inference.
2. Access and Usage
You may integrate the provided identity definitions into your own systems.
You may not claim authorship of the underlying LogicBasis architecture or present the identities as original system designs.
You may not use the Market to reconstruct, replicate, or reverse‑engineer LogicBasis internal architecture or full system behavior.
3. Runtime Responsibility
The Market provides consistent structural definitions of each identity.
It does not control or influence runtime execution.
Runtime behavior depends on:
– your inference model
– provider infrastructure
– routing configuration
– system parameters (temperature, memory, context handling)
The Market does not guarantee output quality, consistency, or performance.
4. Credit System
Each successfully processed request deducts one (1) unit from your Market balance.
A request is considered successful upon delivery of a structural identity package.
Provider‑side execution results do not affect billing.
If your balance reaches zero, requests are blocked until credits are reloaded.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
– interfere with system integrity
– bypass or manipulate credit systems
– access or attempt to reconstruct internal LogicBasis architecture
– use the Market for abuse, scraping, or unauthorized replication
– misrepresent identity origin or use definitions outside intended context
6. Liability
The Market is not liable for:
– model output behavior
– runtime execution results
– integration failures
– system configuration errors
– downstream infrastructure decisions
Responsibility for system behavior lies entirely with the user and their execution environment.
7. Modifications
The Market may update these Terms to maintain structural consistency and operational integrity.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
8. Operator & Structure
The Market is operated as a subsystem within the LogicBasis platform.
LogicBasis is the originating architecture provider of all Core identity definitions and the owner of the underlying system design.
Operational execution, billing, and gateway services are handled by the Market layer.
Legal responsibility is defined per service layer as specified in these Terms and overarching LogicBasis Platform Terms.
9. Digital Services / No Withdrawal
All credit purchases and Market transactions are digital services delivered immediately upon activation.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge immediate execution and waive withdrawal rights where legally applicable.
Credits are non‑refundable and non‑reversible once issued.
